[Odoo 10] Tambah Ratusan Baris Data dengan Import CSV (Bagian 1: Chart of Accounts)

Post ini akan memulai seri tutorial import csv. (yeayy)

Prolog:

Data PT KITA sudah banyak, mencapai ratusan baris.
Kita harus mempopulasikan data tersebut kedalam Odoo.

Chapter 1: Chart of Accounts

Objective: Import Chart of Accounts
Tools: CSV for Chart of Accounts (and Account Types)

Quests:
1. Chart of Accounts terdapat dalam modul Accounting.

• [Requirements]
  Install Modul Accounting
• [Optional]
  Jika Chart of Account anda memiliki struktur Parent, Install modul eksternal Parent Account for v10
• [Optional]
  Jika Chart of Account anda memiliki struktur Account Type yang berbeda dari Account Type bawaan Odoo 10, Install modul eksternal Parent Account for v10 karena Odoo 10 tidak memberikan konfigurasi Account Type secara bawaan.

2. Chart of Accounts bawaan Odoo 10

• [Requirements]
  Hapus Chart of Accounts bawaan Odoo 10 seperti pada gambar
• Jika terdapat pesan error ketika menghapus Chart of Accounts, lakukan 3 langkah berikut (Sumber) :
• Hapus referensi Partner dan Products
• Buka Setting > Technical > Parameters > Company Properties
• Edit setiap baris pada tabel Company Properties dan hapus kolom isian "Value"
• Hapus referensi Taxes
• Buka Accounting > Configuration > Accounting > Taxes
• Edit setiap baris pada tabel Taxes dan hapus kolom isian "Tax Account" dan "Tax Account on Refunds"
• Hapus referensi Jurnal
• Buka Accounting > Configuration > Accounting > Journals
• Edit setiap baris pada tabel Journals dan hapus kolom isian "Default Debit Account" and "Default Credit Account"
• [Optional]
  Setelah menginstall Parent Account for v10, hapus Account Types bawaan

• Buka Accounting > Configuration > Accounting > Account Types
• Pilih semua baris (Select All)
• Pilih hapus
• Konfirmasi penghapusan

3. Import Chart of Accounts

• [Requirements]
  Pastika Account Types untuk Chart of Accounts anda sudah terdaftar
• Import Account Types (harus menginstall Parent Account for v10)
• Buka Accounting > Configuration > Accounting > Account Types
• Pilih import
• Pilih file CSV Account Types anda
• Pilih Validate
• Pilih Import
• Konfirmasi Import
• Import Chart of Accounts
• Buka Accounting > Chart of Accounts
• Pilih import
• Pilih file CSV Chart of Accounts anda
• Pilih Validate
• Pilih Import
• Konfirmasi Import
